A family tradition of sushi,
carried forward since 1887,
in Yoyogi-Uehara, Tokyo.
Sushi, passed down through generations.
OUR STORY
Sushi, passed down
through generations since 1887.
SUSHI TAKÉ’s story begins with Kamei Sushi, established in 1887. What has been passed down through generations is more than the craft of making sushi. It is the commitment to keeping a family restaurant alive, welcoming each guest, and making every piece one at a time. This is what continues to shape SUSHI TAKÉ today.
One piece at a time, with care.
That is how we have always worked—and how we will continue.
