UEHARA
UEHARA｜Main Store
Take your time with each piece of sushi. Choose from three set courses centered on nigiri, or order à la carte from the day’s selection.
Hana — Nigiri Omakase
¥22,000 (tax included)
Our signature course, featuring around 15 pieces of the day’s recommended nigiri, seasonal chawanmushi, soup, and dessert. A great choice if you would like to fully enjoy the art of nigiri.
Tsuki — Small Plates & Nigiri Omakase
¥22,000 (tax included)
A course combining five or six seasonal small plates with around 10 pieces of nigiri, followed by soup, chawanmushi, and dessert. Ideal if you would like to enjoy seasonal dishes and sake alongside sushi.

Yuki — Light Nigiri Course
¥16,000 (tax included)
A lighter course featuring 10 pieces of nigiri, chawanmushi, soup, and dessert. Additional à la carte orders are welcome.

Ken’s Omakase
Monday & Tuesday
On Mondays and Tuesdays, our second-generation chef, Kentaro Mori (Ken), presents Ken’s Omakase based on our regular Hana, Tsuki, and Yuki courses. He honors the craft passed down through his family while sharing the stories behind the fish, sushi, and Japanese food culture.
