SUSHI TAKÉ UEHARA is pleased to introduce Ken’s Omakase, available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Kentaro Mori (Ken), a fifth-generation sushi artisan in his family, takes his place at the counter and guides guests through each course in English. Alongside the sushi, he shares the stories behind the fish, seasonal ingredients, market sourcing, and the craft and culture of sushi.

Ken’s Omakase is based on UEHARA’s regular HANA, TSUKI, and YUKI courses. The course options and prices are the same as on other days.

Whether you are visiting Tokyo or simply curious to learn more about sushi, we look forward to welcoming you to the counter.

The post Introducing Ken’s Omakase at UEHARA Main Store【Mon & Tue only Exclusive Omakase】 first appeared on 鮨武.
